Growth comes from doing the work — researching thoroughly, training properly, and holding high standards even when it would be easier not to. I believe in building clinics that last. Technology should serve the patient. The team should understand why. And decisions should be made with confidence & care.
I didn’t get into this because lasers are trendy. I got into it because they work — when they’re used properly.
What started in 900 square feet grew because we care more about long-term outcomes than anything else. We train hard. We ask uncomfortable questions. And we buy carefully.
I've signed the contracts and stayed up late figuring out settings. I know what it feels like to wire that kind of money hoping you made the right call. That's why I research the hell out of everything before it touches our floor.
And when I speak, it's from lived experience. I'm here because I genuinely want clinics to feel confident in the decisions they make — and proud of how they grow.
